Sudden distortion of the central vision can be a sign that an acute change has occurred at the macular. If you have been told that you have a risk developing Wet macular degeneration, it is recommended that you monitor for changes to your vision regularly. How to use the Amsler Chart:
Hold the chart at your reading distance, you may need to use reading spectacles.
